Perform all duties involved in the management of Kirkwood’s website, and a number of related websites, while functioning in a team environment.  Duties include gathering, analysis, and delivery of new content in a web format; management, troubleshooting and updating of old content, and the conversion of a large volume of pages from Cold Fusion to PHP.  Daily responsibilities include the  analysis of user requirements, creation of new site content in PHP, assisting faculty, staff, and students with web needs, monitoring and prioritizing the requests made of the web team, assisting other state community colleges as needed, and some system administration for Linux and AIX environments.  Projects range from very small, static HTML pages to very large, dynamic and scalable database driven applications which are used at Colleges throughout Iowa.
